WE NEED YOUR HELP!
The first thing we need to pointed out is that the identity of this family and their children is not revealed on this web site. Federal lawsuits are public information and copies can be easily obtained by opening a PACER "Public Access to Court Electronic Records" account. This is simple to do. We are doing this not to hide anything, but so that the children involved are not identified. The government operates in secret in the Juvenile court system (much like the SS and KGB) so that no one knows the suffering and carnage that they inflict on families accross the nation daily.
On October 5th 2018 the State of Tennessee, Department of Children's Services filed a “motion for injunction regarding website” in the Juvenile Court of Sevier County, Tennessee, seeking, among other things, an order “to remove a website that contains information about a court case, to instruct third parties to remove any website that contains information about a court case and…to restrain [parents in a case] from discussing this matter with third-parties.”
This motion was filed
to remove this website www.JohnathansLaw.com from the Internet because
the
State of Tennessee, Department of Children's Services and the appointed
GAL's objected to the content
it contains.
On October 16th
2018
a lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern
District of Tennessee Case 3:18-cv-00450 by Van R. Irion
of Knoxville, TN
against the State of Tennessee, Department of Children’s Services for
Pastor
Mark Carr from the 7th Day Church of God in
Knoxville, TN.
The State also requested an injunction prohibiting member’s of Pastor Carr’s church from talking with Pastor Carr about matters of religious concern. This raises questions of federal constitutional law. The States motion violates Pastor Carr’s rights under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution’s free speech clause, freedom to petition clause, and establishment clause. Carr’s filing removed this matter from the State Court and brought it before the Federal Court system for review under Federal Constitutional law.
